The Sauvignon Blanc for the Quarzit cuvée is sourced from several plots sharing a quartzite soil composition. These light, warm soils make very elegant Sauvignon Blanc. Vivid notes of grapefruit give way to deeper, tropical fruit nuances with aeration. The palate is dry, light bodied and hugely refreshing with a supple mid palate. 2023-2026.–JB
